I began volunteering as a professional life coach more than 10 years ago, driven by my passion for helping clients make significant life changes and pursue new career paths. Through open conversations, they have discovered their passions and developed plans to achieve their goals, realizing they already held the keys to their futures with just a little guidance.
I hold a doctorate in Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology, which focuses on the scientific study of human behavior in the workplace. This field involves applying psychological principles to assess and improve individual and organizational behavior.
With over 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector, I am dedicated to listening, problem-solving, and fostering relationships that support individual and organizational growth. As a military spouse and mother of two, I've faced challenges with transitions during my husband’s 36-year career, which has deepened my commitment to helping others fulfill their purpose in life.

In the early years of my career, I felt a strong calling to education, particularly in higher education, where adults seek to transform their circumstances through professional and personal development, as well as improved work-life balance.
Education has always been of primary importance to me. As a lifelong learner, I have earned several degrees, culminating in the completion of two doctorates: one in Organizational Leadership and the other in Education.
I retired after 36 years of military service to our nation, having led as many as 3,500 people stationed around the world. I have a passion for encouraging and helping people and teams be the best version of themselves through education and mentoring.
